Don't Sweat the 'Bleed'
Give me that PNG as-is - It's not that big of a deal; my cutter is super accurate and I can make things work. If you're designing in illustrator, give me a vector cutline, and save out as a PDF (PDF 7 or later)
Minimums
I print on large sheets and cut down - It more efficient for me to keep my minimum at 25 pieces per design. If you want less, I'd charge the same amount - so just get 25 ;)
Files
I'm looking for PNG files with transparent background - OR, if you know what you're doing, make your cutline stroke in Illustrator, and send me a PDF (PDF7+).
